Hello, faithful followers!
Well, 2014 is here, and it’s shaping up to be a good year! I’ve got a ton of projects on the horizon, and I can’t wait to tell you about them!
First off, Despondent Mega Man will return! I know the updates have been spotty (or nonexistent), but I’m working on a new one right now, and have ideas for plenty more! I’ll have a new one up every other Tuesday of the year starting January 14th, so be assured there is much despondency in the future!
Also, I’m finally ready to reveal more about my Alice Frame series!
Alice Frame is my own original comic series. It stars a girl-genius named Alice, her robot companion Isaac, and their jittery friend Kevin. Together, they get into crazy situations where Alice has to use her superior intellect to save the day! The first book in this series, “Alice in Slumberland,” will be debuting in May at the Maine Comics Arts Festival, provided I can get a table.
On top of all of this, I’m still working with my buddy Randall Drew on our Super Nintendo Anthology, “Beyond Mode 7.” Here is the cover I designed for it!
We are hoping to have it finished by May, and are still accepting submissions! You can check out all the information about it here, but just ignore the deadlines. It’s the end of February now.
Also, I’m still available for commissions. As of right now I only have time to do character drawings, but it’s only a week turnaround time! Full-color characters are $25, and every extra character is only $15, with a maximum of 4 characters per piece. So for example: All four Ninja Turtles would be $70! Not a bad deal! Here are some examples of commissions I’ve done for people!
There will be plenty of other projects interspersed among all of these happenings, but this is all the updating I have the energy for right now!
More to come soon!
